We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Igabi, Kaduna State. Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
