Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. Your main tasks: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Six days a week, one day off.
