Now hiring: we are hiring a safety marshal in Hettinger County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
