Garden maintenance worker • Clayton County, Iowa

Now hiring: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Clayton County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Requirements: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Happy to work outdoors in all weather At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
