Great opportunity: line cook (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service.
