You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus On a typical shift you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required.
