Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Larue County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
