Now hiring: insulation installer (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation installer in Mingo County, West Virginia. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. On a typical shift you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 3+ years on the tools preferred.
