Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in LaGrange County, Indiana. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. On a typical shift you will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
