Rebar worker • Kura, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar worker in Kura, Kano State. The job is at a rebar fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
