Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hinds County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift.
