Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Dallas County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy body shop. You will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
