Join our team: acoustic insulation fitter (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites On the job you will handle: • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
