UPVC window fabricator — Campbell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Campbell County, Virginia. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres The role involves: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Rotating shifts.
