Line cook wanted in Orange County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Orange County, New York. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
