Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Kearny County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Full-time, day shift.
