Wheel loader operator wanted in Houston County

Join our team: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Houston County, Tennessee. The job is at a road-building project. On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Check for underground cables and services before digging What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,750 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
