GMAW welder wanted in Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
