Gas installation technician wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Lincoln County, Idaho. You will work in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 3+ years on the tools preferred.
