Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Hardeman County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
