Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Hopkins County, Kentucky. You will be based at a road and highway construction project. Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) You will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
