Metal roofing fitter — Montgomery County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The job is on residential new-build sites. Day to day you will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding. Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • A good head for heights and steady balance Part-time with flexible hours.
