Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Chariton County, Missouri. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day to day you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Six days a week, one day off.
