You will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
