Vacancy available: paint and prep technician (South Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Dorchester County, South Carolina. You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Part-time with flexible hours.
