Gas appliance installer — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Adams County, Indiana. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls 1+ years on the tools preferred.
