Shrink wrap operator — City of Richmond

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in City of Richmond, Virginia. The job is in a food packaging factory. Day-to-day duties: • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets Requirements: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
