What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
