Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time, day shift.
