Bodyshop painter • Sonoma County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Sonoma County, California. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
