Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Midland County, Michigan. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands Your main tasks: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Set up and start the machine as per the job card 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
