Short order cook • Pitkin County, Colorado

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Pitkin County, Colorado. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
