Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. You will be based on a residential tower site. You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork On a typical shift you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
