Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Kwali, Federal Capital Territory. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness On the job you will handle: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position 5+ years on the tools preferred.
