Powder coater wanted in Chester County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Chester County, Tennessee. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends. $8,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
