Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Cleveland County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
