Argon welding operator • Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Day to day you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
