Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Crenshaw County, Alabama. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work On the job you will handle: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Six days a week, one day off.
