Urgent requirement: powder coater (Maryland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Carroll County, Maryland. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
