Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Dyer County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
