We are recruiting: we are hiring a packing line operative in Borough of Bury, England. What we are looking for: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities On a typical shift you will weigh and portion products before bagging; record production counts on the shift sheet; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; strap and band pallets ready for loading; shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals.
