Urgent requirement: scullery hand (Idaho)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cassia County, Idaho. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
