Health and safety supervisor wanted in Rogo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Rogo, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
