The role involves take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit; check fuel and tyre pressure before every shift.
