Day to day you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules. Requirements: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike 2+ years on the tools preferred.
