Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive electrical technician in City of Galax, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Service power windows, mirrors and wiper motors • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints Requirements: • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent 3+ years on the tools preferred.
