Dishwashing attendant • Montgomery County, Tennessee

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
