We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Van Zandt County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through You will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal.
