Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Turner County, Georgia. The job is at a cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
