360 excavator operator • Columbia County, Georgia

Now hiring: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Columbia County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
